FAQ
Q Why has my resin changed colour?
A Exposure of resin to prolonged periods of direct sunlight can result in a change of colour. Therefore, we highly recommend avoiding direct sunlight exposure for resin items.
Q Why do resin items take so long to make?
A Resin items are crafted through a meticulous process involving multiple layers, with each resin layer requiring up to 24 hours to cure completely. To accommodate potential errors, additional time is factored in during production. Due to the fluid nature of resin as it sets, slight movements may occasionally lead to deviations from the intended outcome.
Q Why is Delivery so expensive for resin items?
A Our resin products are exceptionally unique and impossible to replicate precisely. Due to this and the extensive time required for their creation, we ship them exclusively with tracking to ensure added protection for both the buyer and the seller.
Q Why hasn’t my parcel arrived?
A While Royal Mail aims to adhere to their Delivery times, it is important to note that these timelines serve as estimates and occasionally shipments may experience delays. To mitigate any inconvenience, we highly recommend placing orders well in advance.
Q Will I get a refund if my item is late?
A We guarantee timely posting of all orders. However, once an order is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver it within their specified timeframe. If an order fails to reach you, we can liaise with Royal Mail to initiate a refund claim. It's important to note that Royal Mail mandates a waiting period of 10 working days post the expected delivery date before processing any claims.
Following the 10-day period, we can proceed with filing a claim for the lost item. Upon receipt of the refund, we will promptly dispatch it to you or provide a replacement as necessary.
Q Do you personalise cards and balloons?
A Regrettably, we do not currently offer personalised cards or balloons. However, we aspire to incorporate this feature in the near future.
