Refund policy

 

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the shipping date, with the exclusion of customised items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer.
  • Returns should be securely packaged for shipping, preferably in the original packaging. It is important to note that shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Prior to initiating a return, please contact us to verify eligibility and provide the tracking number for items that can be tracked.


Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect it thoroughly. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please promptly notify us. Your feedback will enable us to assess the situation and rectify any issues promptly.

It is important to note that our handmade items may exhibit minor imperfections, such as bubbles or particles in the resin, or slight deviations in the keyring design. Rest assured, we uphold stringent quality standards and do not dispatch items that do not meet our criteria for sale.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items, such as customized resin products and keyrings, fall under non-returnable categories due to their limited resale potential. Should you have inquiries or uncertainties regarding a particular item, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Exchanges

The most efficient method to secure the desired item is to return the current product. Upon acceptance of the return, proceed with a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the issue stems from a fault on the part of Inspired by Riley.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
